Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on product purchased unless the item you purchased is defective.To inquire about a return, you can contact us at creaphoria@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at creaphoria@gmail.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received defective or damaged. We will inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If it has been more than 15 business days and you did not receive your refund, please email us at creaphoria@gmail.com.

All items purchased are packaged within 1-3 business days.

Once your items have been packed they will be shipped immediately between Monday-Friday. 

An email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided once your order has shipped. 

Note on Color Variations:

Please be aware that slight color variations may occur between the glitter product you receive and what is shown in images or descriptions. This can be due to factors such as lighting conditions, screen settings, and batch variations during production. While we strive to accurately represent the color and appearance of our glitter, these minor differences are normal and do not affect the quality or usability of the product. We appreciate your understanding!
