Shipping policy

All items purchased are packaged within 7 business days.

Once your items have been packed, they will be shipped immediately between Monday- Friday.

Shipping Protection Disclaimer

Orders shipped via USPS include up to $100 of carrier insurance, when applicable. If your order value exceeds $100, we strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping protection to cover the full value of your order.

If you choose not to purchase additional shipping protection for orders valued over $100, Creaphoria is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or missing packages beyond the carrier's included coverage. Any claims or reimbursement will be limited to the amount covered by the shipping carrier.

By declining additional shipping protection, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any uninsured portion of your shipment.

Please DO NOT Select Local Pick-Up if you are not in the area. If this is selected, Your order will be cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information of your shipment.

We ship via USPS and UPS only.

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your package per the carrier service. Creaphoria, LLC does not determine the cost of shipping. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
